  • Quebec Challenge Cup 2012-2013

Current holder of the Cup – North Grenville Curling Club

The 2012-2013 challenges have started for the Quebec Challenge Cup.  The North Grenville Curling Club sent seven curlers to the Town of Mount Royal, and even though they were short one player, they were able to win the cup by a seven point margin.  The curlers from North Grenville said they have their work cut out for them if they want to equal the job the folks did at TMR for hosting the event.  Up next, Arnprior is scheduled to challenge North Grenville for the cup by Dec 2nd.  Those results will be posted once the challenge has been completed.

Clubs are requested to strictly adhere to this schedule. If a Club does not wish to challenge or cannot meet the date, the challenge must pass to the next Club. Each challenger is required to notify Dave Ingham (514) 332-0368 in advance of the challenge date. At that time he will advise you as to who is the current holder, contact person, etc. For additional information, please contact Jeremy MacDonald (613) 558-2751, Royal Caledonian Branch President for 2012-2013.
