Information on OVCA Events
The OVCA organizes and runs numerous events throughout the year. If you're interested in testing yourself against teams from across the OVCA and beyond, then consider curling in one of our events!
The City of Ottawa Bonspiel dates back to February, 1956, when 76 teams competed for eight trophies. After 58 years, the bonspiel now consists of three divisions and 20 events.

The OVCA Mixed has a division for any level of curler. There's an Open, Senior and a Colts (6 yrs and under) division and a themed party on Saturday night! Visit the website for more information.
In 1852, the Montreal and Quebec City Curling Clubs sought affiliation with the Royal Caledonian Curling Club and the "Branch" was born.
Today the Canadian Branch is an autonomous organization, and facilitates events with the Ottawa Valley Curling Association (OVCA), the Grand National Curling Club of America (GNCC), and Curling Quebec (CQ) member clubs.

The OVCA and its clubs are members of the Ladies Curling Association (LCA) of the Canadian Branch of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club (the 'Branch').
