Each year, in support of the many volunteers that make our clubs function, the Ottawa Valley Curling Association reaches out to its member clubs for nominations for the Kenneth B. Thain Award. The purpose of the Ken Thain award is to recognise and support significant curling and volunteer achievements and promote volunteerism and recognise significant volunteer contribution. The Kenneth B. Thain Award is presented at the Annual General Meeting to the individuals who exemplify the spirit of the award.
Nominations are now open until June 30th. Visit our Ken Thain Award section of the website for the policy and nomination form. A copy of the nomination form has also been sent to club presidents and OVCA reps.
